Exam: Guidelines and Precautions




FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE GIVING EXAM

- There are 5 units in syllabus, kindly refer to official website to download and see.

- There will be 10 questions in exam, 2 questions in each unit. You have to attempt 1 question from each unit.

- The markings are generally 20 marks per question, so you have to prepare your content according to 20 marks answer.

-  No supplementary answer-book will be given to any candidate. You have to write your answer in 35 pages only. 

- All the parts of one question should be at one place in answer-book.
One complete question should not be answered at different places in answer-book.

- Write your roll number on question paper before start writing answers of questions.

- Only carry transparent pencil box/pouch and transparent water bottle in exam hall.

- Do not carry smart watches, smart phones with you in the exam hall. You'll either have to deposit at the centre or keep it in your vehicle.



STEPS TO PREPARE NOTES


- Identify easy units from theoretical subjects and prepare their notes. Later, prepare rest of units.
- Prepare notes of theoretical units in practical subjects.
- Keep separate notebook for doing practical questions.
- Keep practicing practical questions in regular interval to retain the methods of solving.



ABOUT EXAM AND PASSING CRITERIA

- Language of Paper: English/Hindi
- Minimum Marks to Pass in each subject: 36
- Total Percentage to pass into next year: 48%



RESULT CRITERIA

- I Division with Distinction: 75% to 100%
- I Division: 60% to 74%
- II Division: 48% to 59%
- Fail / Back / Re(attempt): 0% to 47%



WHAT IS PPSO / EFPS?

- PPSO refers to 'Passed Part Second Only'. Also known as EFPS which means 'Eligible for Part Second'.
- PPSO appears in marksheet of those students who got passed in BBA-II, but were failed in BBA-I.
- Your degree may not be issued to you, if you fail to clear all parts of exams i.e BBA-I, BBA-II and BBA-III.


WHAT IS EFPT?

- EFPT refers to 'Eligible For Part Third'.
- EFPT appears in marksheet of those students who failed in some subjects of BBA-II but can give exams of BBA-III.
- You need to re-attempt BBA-II subjects which you've failed as well as BBA-III subjects
- Your degree may not be issued to you, if you fail to clear all parts of exams i.e BBA-I, BBA-II and BBA-III.


WHEN WILL YOUR DEGREE CONFERRED (GRANTED)?

- As per personal experience, upon completion of your course, you will receive Final Year Marksheet from University of Rajasthan, Provisional Certificate and Transfer Certificate / Character Certificate.
- Your degree certificate will be issued after 2 years, you can use Provisional Certificate until then.
